My Hope

My HopeMy Hope

For nearly five years now my health has gone down, quite often I feel like I’m going to drown.

I serve others and that is what helps me to cope, some wonder what drives me and where I find hope.

I don’t put my hope, in what man offers me, my hope is in things that I cannot see.

I don’t put my hope in worldly riches or things, my hope is what Jesus is going to bring.

I don’t put my trust in man’s approval or desires, my hope is only in doing what my Lord requires.

I don’t put my hope, in my flawed earthen pot, my hope is what fills it… what Jesus has bought.
